I don't particularly enjoy pestering service providers. If you have agreed to provide a service or deliver equipment, I am naive enough to believe you will follow through. It doesn't seem to work that way. Organizations don't want to get moving unless you keep calling and pushing.
Of course, my favorite line recently was "I'm very sorry, we've had your cushion here. Somehow, you got lost in the cracks." Can't help wondering which crack they were referring to.
