Well, I'm back after having some tough days. Yes, even I find myself in the low spots at times. We all have to plan for and accept that these days will happen. When they do, you still do the best you can, just keep your expectations realistic. Also, remember not to lash out. It's ok to be a little grumpy, just don't take it out on everyone around you. For me, I back down and stay by myself more. That helps me to not paint a target on others. There's nothing like riding the big coaster!
