        Well, today I am officially launching the website. I'm going through my address book and 'spamming' all my friends [if they remain my friends afterward].
        I ask that you all share the announcement. My greatest hope is that people in need will find something beneficial here and we can't always know who that might be.

First, nice web site. Second, emails from you are never spam. Well most of them. Lastly, your comments regarding aging and the impacts to our bodies are spot on. You may not realize it, but over the years your words and actions have taught many of us important lessons. When I start to complain about aches and pains, I think of you and the courage you have demonstrated over the years and I stop complaining. Good job Brother!
